Located in Provo, Utah, the Green Lofts inhabit an underused brick and CMU commercial building that has been given new life as residential living units. The roughly 17' ceilings just barely allowed us to design a loft into each unit, giving each space more square footage and dynamism. Exposed structure, new skylights, refinished concrete floors, spiral ductwork & industrial touches such as repurposed steel windows counter nicely with modern appliances and kitchen counters.
