This ~1950's era house was bought by a young family seeking to update the look and feel both inside and out. The house’s front porch was dated and featured double columns and guardrail that you see on many SLC houses of that vintage (see pic of original house below). The clients wanted a more contemporary street presence. The heart of the interior project was to redesign the tiny kitchen into a showpiece featuring lots of natural light and much more space. Additionally, 2 bathrooms were redone and modernized.
