We expect construction to commence in 2022 on this ADU over garage design. Looking to mimic the existing architectural fabric of the neighborhood, this ADU sports a traditional feel with many touches found on early 1900 houses in the area. Leveraging the slope of the lot, the garage is sunk down beneath grade which enables the building to reach up to a second level sleeping loft. We look forward to seeing this design come to life.
