The first Passive House in Provo, Utah is a super efficient home in the Craftsman style. This house is unlike anything we've ever been involved with - the level of detail and craftsmanship was extremely high. Coffered ceilings, articulated posts, inset bookshelves, wainscot, stained glass work and period correct lighting fixtures are just a few of the details this owner got right. On the energy side, this house is a certified Passive House, meaning it meets the strictest energy and comfort standards in the construction industry. We couldn't be prouder to have been involved in this project.
