A contemporary residence with a separate basement accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located in Midway, Utah. This design incorporated passive house principles, so while not a certified passive house, it is essentially going to behave as though it were. Airtight construction, loads of insulation, European windows, all-electric appliances and a large ground mount solar array are some of the energy conscious choices that this design features. Completed in late 2023 by Tall Pines Construction
