This new single family dwelling features an attached ADU. The house will have 4 beds/3 baths and a dedicated office. The basement ADU is accessible from the front sidewalk via an exterior stair. This gives the ADU occupant a way to access the unit without disrupting the house occupants above.
The ADU is a 2 bed/2 bath unit. One of the nice things about attaching the ADU to the primary residence is the opportunity to increase square footage of the ADU, which was the case in this project.
