This house and ADU combo were completed in 2022. The basement ADU provides 1 bed & 1 bath and takes up much of the square footage of the basement. The ADU entry is off the sidewalk.
The house has a modern feel. The gable roof is framed with a parallel chord truss to maximize interior space. The roof frames second floor decks at each end of the building. Second floor walls are punctured with high windows to give light a path to interior spaces. The great room has a gas insert fireplace, a bar area and a steel framed open riser stair.
