Seeking to take advantage of a flat roof, the owner of Club Verse came to us looking for a roof deck solution. The final design features a small building containing a bar, two bathrooms and an access stair from the first level. The deck will provide the club with roughly 2,200 additional square feet of rooftop space in the heart of downtown SLC, which should be a fantastic spot to grab a drink and enjoy views of the skyline and mountains to the east.
